Self Pickup & Return
We offer self pickup and return as a convenience for our clients. We meet clients at our warehouse. Our warehouse is not a permanently staffed location, so it is important to call prior to arrival so a technician can be dispatch to meet you. Our representative will meet you in the parking lot and will be driving a vehicle with signs identifying them as ACAV.

Order Cancellation - Cancelation outside 48-hours prior to delivery date will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. Cancelation within 48-hours prior to delivery date is non-refundable. Items not returned on due date will continue to incur rental charges. Items returned damaged and lost/stolen items will be billed full retail replacement value plus shipping and taxes.
